I’ve been using Big Cartel for my small shop, and the payment stuff has been easy. Connecting Stripe and PayPal didn’t take much, and I’ve been getting paid without having to fuss with it too much. There was one little delay in the beginning, but it got sorted out. There’s something about it that just feels straightforward, so I’m happy overall.

I started using Big Cartel for my small shop when I was feeling a little overwhelmed by all the platform options, it’s been a relief. The transaction fees don’t feel ridiculous, and everything has been easy to understand so far. No weird surprises, which I really appreciate. It’s nice being able to keep more of each sale.

I used Zapier with Mailchimp and, as far as I can tell, everything worked well. I’m not sure if I used all the features the best way, but for what I needed, it got the job done without any real issues

I ran into a small issue with the shop and reached out to support, and they got back to me fast. Everything was sorted without any hassle, which I really appreciated. If anyone else runs into a problem, I’d say don’t stress too much, just contact support and they should take care of it.
